    We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

    Our shipping team is dedicated to have your order ship out as quickly as possible. In stock items typically ship in 2-4 business days. All items shipping directly from our vendor partners (including rugs, bedding, and select decor) typically ship in 4-6 days.

    We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

    All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    At this time we accept returns of the following products within 7 days:

    Pillows & Throws

    Table Linens

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase of these items, please email us at support@indigoandheather.com for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery of your item. Upon review, we will email you a return authorization along with further instructions.

    Please note, we are not able to accept returns of the following items which are considered final sale.

    Excluded from Returns

    We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following product categories unless the incorrect item is sent or item arrives damaged.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please email our Customer Support team at support@indigoandheather.com wiithin 48 hours of your order delivery. Our Customer Support team will review the details of your situation and arrange for a return or replacement if applicable.  Indigo & Heather is not responsible for any stolen or misplaced packages.

    For damaged items, we will require photographs of the damaged items be emailed to our Customer Support team at support@indigoandheather.com prior to acceptance.

    We cannot accept damaged returns without photos and the original packaging.  Damage claims reported after 48 hours of your order’s arrival may be declined.
