    We’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

    Our shipping team is dedicated to have your order ship out as quickly as possible. In stock items typically ship in 2-4 business days. All items shipping directly from our vendor partners (including rugs, bedding, and select decor) typically ship in 4-6 days.

    We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

    All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Returns

    We do not accept any returns except items that are damaged in transit.  We are a small company and are not able to manage returned items at this time.  All of the products we offer are of the highest quality and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase.  We hope to be able to accept returns sometime in the near future. 

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please email our Customer Support team at support@indigoandheather.com wiithin 48 hours of your order delivery. Our Customer Support team will review the details of your situation and arrange for a return or replacement if applicable.  Indigo & Heather is not responsible for any stolen or misplaced packages.

    For damaged items, we will require photographs of the damaged items be emailed to our Customer Support team at support@indigoandheather.com prior to acceptance.

    We cannot accept damaged returns without photos and the original packaging.  Damage claims reported after 48 hours of your order’s arrival may be declined.
